Cancellation Timeline / Cancellation Policy

At Born In Flight, we operate with a no-cancellation policy for participants, as our programs involve advance resource planning, trainer allocation, and limited seats.

Participant Cancellations

• Participants cannot cancel their registration.
• No refund will be issued for non-attendance, withdrawal, or cancellation initiated by the participant.

Program Cancellations by Born In Flight

• In the rare event that Born In Flight cancels or reschedules a program, participants may choose:
  • A full refund, or
  • A transfer to the next available cohort.

Substitutions

• Participants may nominate another person to attend in their place, provided the request is made at least 15 calendar days before program start and meets eligibility requirements.

Exceptions

No exceptions will be made outside the policy unless mandated by applicable laws.
