Refund Policy

At Born In Flight, we are committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences across all our programs and coaching services. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before enrolling.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are provided only if the program or workshop is cancelled by Born In Flight.
  • In such cases, participants may choose between:
    • Receiving a full refund, or
    • Transferring their fee to the next available cohort/workshop of the same program.

Non-Refundable Fees

  • Fees paid by the participant are non-refundable if the participant chooses not to attend, withdraws, or cancels their enrollment for any reason.
  • This applies to all our programs, workshops, retreats, and coaching services.

Transfer Requests

  • Participants may request to move their enrolment to the next cohort of the same program (subject to availability).
  • Transfer requests must be made at least 15 calendar days before the program start date.
  • Only one transfer is allowed per enrolment.

Processing Timelines

  • Approved refunds (applicable only for Born In Flight cancellations) will be processed within 14–20 business days via the original payment method.
